In April 2018, Duokang received a global consultation proposal for a pre-filled dual cavity injection device from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

Our team developed Butfly-Jet to participate in this global competition, and successfully defeated many top medical device manufacturers from all over the world and got promoted.

Butfly-Jet™ is a simple, easy to use DCC injector made of polymer material, along with safety Blocker and furthermore even with a full functional Safety Needle。 Low skillful health provider and even end user can rapidly and easily learn how to use the Butfly-Jet™ intuitively by follow the user steps illumined below.

  • Medical grade polymer material (TPE、ABS…), sterilization compatible.

  • Easy and economic filling processes allow filler to establish low cost yet stable and high quality filling process.

  • The Safety needle mechanism provides three benefits the chamber end needle does not piece into chamber before use it secure the CCI integrity and stability of drug. Second patient end needle does not explore throughout the whole user steps it prevent the accidental needle stick injury and prevent needle phobia. Lastly it prevent the intended re-use of the device.
